1. About Us

Kohba (trading name of From The Loft Co Lincs) designs and handcrafts made-to-order furniture in Lincolnshire, UK.

2. Ordering

All our furniture is made to order, meaning production begins once your order is confirmed and payment has been received. Product descriptions, dimensions, and materials are listed on each product page — please check all details carefully before placing your order.

3. Custom Orders

Custom orders are made specifically to your chosen specifications. Because of this, they cannot be returned or refunded unless the item arrives damaged or not made to specification. We’ll always work with you to resolve any issues as quickly as possible.

4. Returns & Refunds

We hope you love your Kohba piece. If you’re not completely satisfied with a standard (non-custom) item, you may return it within 14 days of delivery for a refund.

To start a return, please contact us at kohbafurniture@gmail.co.uk with your order number and reason for return.

Items must be returned unused, in original condition and packaging, at your own cost unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Refunds will be processed within 5–10 working days once the returned item has been received and inspected.

5. Lead Times

All pieces are made by hand to order. Typical lead time is stated on each product page, but please allow for variations depending on materials, order volume, and courier schedules. We’ll keep you updated if there are any delays.

6. Shipping & Delivery

We currently ship across mainland UK using trusted couriers including Royal Mail, DPD, Proovia, DHL and Evri.

Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive tracking information by email. Delivery times vary by courier and location. Please ensure someone is available to accept the delivery at the agreed time — failed deliveries may incur re-delivery charges.

7. Payments & Pricing

All prices on our website are inclusive of VAT.

Payment methods available include Shopify Payments, PayPal, Klarna, and others listed at checkout.

Prices are subject to change without notice, but confirmed orders will not be affected. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order where pricing errors occur.

8. Damaged or Faulty Items

If your order arrives damaged, please email kohbafurniture@gmail.co.uk within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage and your order number. We’ll arrange repair, replacement, or refund depending on the situation.

9. Intellectual Property

All designs, photographs, and content on www.kohba.co.uk are the property of From The Loft Co Lincs. You may not reproduce, copy, or use any materials without written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

We take every care to ensure your item arrives safely and matches your order details. However, we are not liable for:
