Free UK Mainland Delivery
We offer free standard delivery on all orders to UK mainland addresses. Every Kohba piece is delivered pre-assembled, so it's ready to place in your home the moment it arrives.
Production & Delivery Times
Because each piece is handcrafted to order in our Lincolnshire workshop, please allow time for us to build your furniture before it ships.

We'll send you a confirmation email when your order is placed, and a dispatch notification with tracking details when it leaves our workshop.
If you need your order by a specific date, please get in touch before ordering and we'll do our best to accommodate you.
Areas We Deliver To
We currently deliver to UK mainland addresses only.
We're unable to offer free delivery to the following locations at this time:
- Northern Ireland
- Republic of Ireland
- Scottish Highlands & Islands
- Channel Islands
- Isle of Man

International Delivery
We don't currently ship outside the UK, but we're working on it. If you're based in Europe or further afield and interested in a Kohba piece, feel free to get in touch — we'd love to hear from you.
Damaged or Missing Items
All orders are carefully packaged in our workshop before dispatch. In the unlikely event that your item arrives damaged, please:
- Take photos of the damage and the packaging
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at contactus@kohba.co.uk
- We'll arrange a repair, replacement or refund as quickly as possible
